Lynn Simmons

Lynn Simmons has worked in the Technology Sector for over 30 years. The first 22 years were at IBM before moving to Dell in 2000. During most of Lynn’s 30 years he has been involved with Power field designing power supplies, developing system level products, managing development teams, leading failure analysis activities, or performing supplier audits. He holds several patents related to power. Presently Lynn is engaged with helping Data Center customers understand the best power distribution configurations for their site(s). He is a member of the IPC-9592 committee as well as a contributing member of the Green Grid Power Task Force.
